How We Build
The Process:
Building your new home should be as stress free as possible. we will listen to your needs, and taking into consideration your budget we will design a new custom home from your brief or ideas, or you can choose from our existing designs with a fixed price.
Planning:
We have various building designers and architects to choose from, that can draft your ideas onto paper, maximising the use of space within the allotment. Taking into account the orientation of the house, your plans will be practical and innovative.
Selections/Specifications:
Once a plan has been decided upon, you then have a choice of various selection centres to choose all of the interior & exterior appointments.
Construction:
Once everything has been finalised and approved, the construction process can begin. The client will be kept up to date on progress. We have hand-picked tradespeople who we have been working with for many years to bring your project together. One particular facet we strive to attain is to give you an accurate price up front, rather than selling you an unrealistic dream and stinging you later, after a contract has been signed.
